These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of lumen7media.co.uk (the "Site") and the Free Social Presence Audit offered on it. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site is operated by Lumen 7 Media Limited ("Lumen 7 Media", "we", "us", "our"), a UK social media, PR, marketing and advertising agency, registered in England and Wales under company number 17429650. 2. The Free Social Presence Audit
The audit is a free, one-off review prepared by a member of our team and emailed to you. It is based only on the publicly visible content of the profiles you give us. We do not log in to your accounts or access private analytics, and the audit does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or any particular business outcome.
The audit is general guidance to help you identify areas for improvement — it is not a full strategy or tailored professional advice. Requesting an audit does not commit you to buying anything. When you request one, you confirm that the details you give us are accurate and that you are entitled to share the profile links you submit.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by: attempting to disrupt or overload it; submitting false or malicious data; scraping or reproducing its content without permission; or using it for any unlawful purpose.
4. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, design and logos — is owned by or licensed to Lumen 7 Media Limited and may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without our prior written consent. You are free to use the audit we send you for your own business purposes.
5. No guarantee of results
Any scores, figures or example reports shown on the Site are illustrative only and are not a guarantee of results for any individual business. Social media growth depends on many factors outside our control.
6. Limitation of liability
The Site and the free audit are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lumen 7 Media Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site, including decisions made based on the free audit.
7. Engaging our services
Nothing on the Site or in the free audit constitutes a binding offer or contract for services. Any paid engagement with Lumen 7 Media is subject to a separate agreement, quote or statement of work agreed directly between you and us.

9. Governing law
